Suspect facing multiple charges
Two people were injured Friday morning in an Armed Robbery at the Cairo Cut Mart.
Law enforcement officials, along with the Alexander County Ambulance Service, 
responded to the scene.
Injured were Fetmah Abukhdair and Timothy Lee, both of Mounds. The victims were 
taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
Within an hour of the robbery, law enforcement officials apprehended a man in 
connection with the incident.
Arrested was 34-year-old Curtis Williams of Decatur, Ill.
Williams has been charged with two counts Armed Robbery and four counts of 
Aggravated Battery.
He is currently in Tri-County Justice and Detention Center in Ullin on a $250,000 bond.
